How to act with us

In order to make a purchase on Coolhair Should you go through 5 steps.

  1. Find the item (s) you want and put them in the shopping cart, then go to the box.
  2. enter your personal information
  3. Select Shipment/Payment Method
  4. Approve our terms of business
  5. Check that all information is correct on the collection page and approve the purchase

The goods are paid online by debit card where we use the payment company strip and we receive exclusively, Visa Dankort, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express. We also offer payment with bank transfer and sparxpres financing - if the purchase is canceled, the agreement on financing will also lapse. On top of the purchase price, shipping is added, which may vary according to the amount of goods traded. The shipping price is clearly stated in the "curve", where you can see what you have been shopping for. The amount will only be raised on your card when the item is shipped. We do not take card fees.

In case of bank transfer you are not protected by the objection scheme.


We dispatch the orders in the order they are received. Stock items are shipped as soon as possible. The typical delivery time is 1-4 business days. We ship our products from the Netherlands with GLS.

Goods receipt
Our goods are usually sent as a letter. But can also be sent as insured package with track´n trace upon receipt please check the item. If the package and/or the content is damaged when you receive it, we strongly recommend that you report it on site to Coolhair on mail info@coolhair.dk

Cancellation right
As a consumer, you have 14 days right of withdrawal when you shop with us.

The cancellation deadline expires 14 days after the day you received your item or we have entered into an agreement on a benefit.

If you wish to have the benefit delivered before the deadline expires, you can give your express prior consent to the delivery of the delivery and the deadline will stop when the benefit is fully delivered.

In practice, this means that your cancellation deadline expires when the benefit is fully delivered.
So you retain your right of withdrawal while the work or delivery is on.

If you have given your consent that the work or delivery can start, but you still want to use your right of withdrawal, you must be aware that we will charge a reasonable payment for the work already delivered.

If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.

If the order consists of multiple parties or parts, the cancellation deadline expires 14 days after the day you receive the last party or the last part.

In the case of an agreement on regular delivery of goods over a specified period, the cancellation deadline expires 14 days after the day you receive the first item.

The deadline means you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you will undo your purchase. You can send an email to info@coolhair.dk Or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the trading conditions.

You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without at the same time notifying us.

Cancellation of part of the purchase
If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of returning one or more items even if they were purchased in one order. Please note that you will not get the shipping cost back if you regret part of your purchase.

Sold out items
Not stocked items can be “products” that do not consist of any physical unit and therefore cannot be stocked in stocks. Items that are not in stock can take up to 3 weeks for delivery. Shipping costs from our warehouse to your site can be paid and is based on your location.

Once you have notified us that you will undo your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.

You have to pay for the package yourself and it is you who are liable if an damage occurs during transport.

Product of goods
If you wish to exchange your items you must send an e-mail to info@coolhair.dk Where it clearly states what you want to exchange from and to.

The customer is responsible for these costs. Once we have received the return item and payment we will send you the new item.

The receipt for the purchase is sent to the entered email address.

The condition of the item when you send it back
If the item has lost value and it is because you have used it in a different way than what was needed to determine the nature, properties and the way it works, you can only regain part of the purchase amount. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the product, and in some cases it can mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.

We recommend that you return the item in the original packaging.

If the original packaging is missing, it may result in a loss of impairment of the item.

The fatalities and the ordering process of Coolhair

Sometimes it may happen that we at Coolhair do not have the desired item on our warehouse. In such cases, we will try to order the item from our remote warehouse, which may result in a slightly longer delivery time of 1-2 weeks. However, there may also be situations where we have neither the item in our own warehouse nor on the remote storage. In these cases, your order will be canceled and we make sure to refund your payment.

It may also occur that a single order contains both products we have in stock and products we do not have in stock. In these cases, we have the opportunity to send the products we have in stock and refund you for the products we cannot deliver.

Repayment of the purchase amount
If you regret the deal, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (this does not apply to additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer), no later than 14 days from the day we have received your message that you will regret the deal.

We will reject the money with the same means of payment that you used at the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We can withhold the payment until we have received the item unless you send us documentation of having returned it.

Contact right
When you shop with us as a consumer, the Purchase Act's rules apply to goods, but not services. This means that you do not, as a rule, have 2 years of right of complaint on services.

If you are not satisfied with the benefit you can of course contact us at info@coolhair.dk .

On the purchase of goods, you have, on the other hand, the right of complaint for 24 months. Contact us before sending the item. If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a discount in the price, depending on the specific situation.

You must advertise within "reasonable time" after you discover the error. If you are advertising within two months of the error being discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for dispatch so we can repay your shipping costs.

Personal Data Policy
We need the following information when you shop with us:

Name, Address, tel. and email address.

We record and disclose the personal information needed to deliver the item to you.

The personal data is registered with Coolhair ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.

We also work with a number of other companies that store and process data. Companies process only information on our behalf and may not use them for their own purposes.

We only cooperate with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection.

You have the right to inform what information we process about you.
If you think the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have them corrected. In some cases, we have a duty to delete your personal data if you ask for it. It can e.g. be if your data is no longer needed in relation to the purpose we should use them for. You can also contact us if you think your personal data is processed in violation of the legislation. You can write to us at: info@coolhair.dk .

You can safely use your debit card us at. When you enter your address and credit card information, it happens on a connection secured with SSL (Secure Socket Layer). This means that the information is encrypted so that no unauthorized person can read them. As long as you are in the process of entering information, paying and placing an order, you will automatically be on the safe connection. You can therefore safely use your debit card.

On Coolhair Can you only order items through our website. If you have queries for items that are not on the site, please feel free to contact us.

Cookies are used for the purpose of optimizing the website and its functionality, thus making the visit as easy as possible for you. You can delete cookies from your computer at any time. How depends on your browser.

We use a log statistics on Coolhair Which means that a statistics system collects information that can give a statistical picture of how many visitors we have, where they come from and where on the website it is abandoned, etc. The log statistics are used only for the purpose of optimizing Coolhair.
