Our repayment and return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of items are exempt from being returned. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. Nor do we accept products that are intimate or hygiene items, dangerous materials or combustible liquids or gases.

Additional non-nourished items:

  • Gift card
  • Software products that can be downloaded
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refund is provided:

  • Book with clear traces of wear
  • Any item that is not in its original condition is damaged or lacking parts of causes that are not due to our mistakes.
  • Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery


Once your return is received and checked we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Delayed or missing repayments

If you have not received a refund yet, you must first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially published.

Then contact your bank. There is often a certain time of processing before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only items at ordinary price can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace goods if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an e-mail at info@coolhair.dk and send your item to:

If the item was marked as a gift when it was purchased and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit on the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchasing, or the donor was sent the order to himself to give to you later, we will send a refund to the donor and they will find out your return.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipment costs cannot be refunded. If you receive a refund, the cost of return freight will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it can take for your exchanged product to reach you can vary.

If you return more expensive items, you may want to consider using a traceable freight service or buying shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
